Highlights

My work tends to be clean, bold, and eye-catching. I like contrasting colors, contemporary typefaces, and large elements. I particularly enjoy manipulating words and playing around with typography to create visually interesting compositions without images.

Much of my experience is in publication design and logo creation, as well as branding. I enjoy projects in which I can offer the client my own insight and opinions, as I believe getting another's point of view can help expand one's horizons. At the same time, I like to listen to my clients' ideas and I do my best to realize their goals.

My favorite type of project is one where I can start from scratch and create an entire graphic profile for a business -- from the new company's name all the way to their web site. However, no project is too small; I am eager to work with people to help not only them but myself as well.

I have written for various publications, including local newspapers, a national magazine, and other freelance outlets. My strengths include great attention to detail, highly creative, both visual and editorial knowledge, and strong work ethics. I am also able to conceptualize projects before sitting down at a computer through brainstorming and sketching out ideas.
