All my work is guaranteed, period. You must be happy or I am not finished.
I will only accept work from buyers willing to use Guru's Escrow Service. It protects both of us and helps maintain a professional working relationship.
I insist on a well thought out plan for every project, large or small. All details must be in writing to avoid misunderstandings later on. This can take longer than you think and may be a bit frustrating, but it is well worth the time invested.
I can work by the hour or by the project, provided you have a clear idea of what you want. There is no such thing as too much detail in the project description.
I will deliver within the timeframe promised as long as you provide the information I need in a timely manner. Should an unavoidable delay occur, you will hear from me immediately. I check email regularly and my phone is always on, so if the delay is on your end you can let me know.
I am flexible with schedules and timelines. I know that sometimes deadlines need to be pushed up. I will do my best to accommodate these changes, provided my schedule will allow it.
I teach high school and work mostly early mornings (3-4 am PST), evenings and weekends. I do not take on more work than I can complete on time, so rest assured that your project will get my undivided attention.
