Emoonlighter Announces Name Change to Guru.com Name Change Reflects Emoonlighter's July 2003 Acquisition of Guru.com Assets Pittsburgh, PA - March 8, 2004 - Emoonlighter, the world's largest online marketplace for freelance talent, announced that it has changed its name to Guru.com. The new name completes the merger of Emoonlighter assets with those assets acquired from Silicon Valley-based Guru.com in July 2003. In addition, employers and freelance members registered on Emoonlighter have had their account information and transaction history transferred to the Guru.com website. Employers can continue to post their projects and contract work on Guru.com for free. Freelancers seeking work can continue to either register as a free (Basic) member or a subscribing (Guru) member.
