Where is it showing the double amount?

If the amount is on the invoice or SafePay request, go back and look at the project agreement to see what amount is defined within it. If it does not mention it, then as long as the bid amount that was placed is $75 that is all you need to pay.

You need to contact the freelancer and ask them why they are billing you $150, they can clarify it or correct the error.
