Account changed from Freelancer to Employer?

I registered as a Freelancer on Guru recently and bid on a few jobs. I signed in today to check on my status and am only being directed to the employer page. I can no longer access the freelancer page. What gives? Any suggestions? I don't want to et down the people I have made offers to and need to acces that part of my account! So frustrated!!

Hi Sonnet, Your account can't simply change from being "employer" to "freelancer." You would have to have two separate accounts in order to conduct business as two both and employer and freelancer. When you log into your account, at the top of the screen on the left, which area is selected? Is it Employers or Freelancers? Unless you have deliberately created two separate accounts and perhaps confused the log in data, it should say freelancers, in which case you are exactly where you need to be. You should have the options on your account page to view your proposals, past projects, etc. HTH :) Thank you for your reply, Christine! When I logged in, it automatically took me to the Employer section. If I clicked on the Freelancer tab, it logged me out and asked me to create a new account. I double checked my registration email and definitely signed up as a freelancer. Very strange! Either way it is somehow now fixed! I suppose it was a blip in the system. I did send a help request email, maybe that reset it. Anyway now when I log in, it takes me to the freelancer page, as it should be. shrug Just one of those things? Thank you in any case!
