How I will come to know that new projects are uploaded?

I was wondering if you could clarify your question a little. Are you inquiring about projects that you have uploaded in order to hire a freelancer, or are you looking for new projects to bid on and would like to know how you will be notified when they are available?

You need to make sure that your profile is set so that you receive email notification of projects that match your skill set.

If you go to your main "my account" page, and click "my profiles" on the right of the screen, you will be taken to the main data page for your account. There, look for "Modify Account" on the upper right, where your email address, telephone, and street address are displayed. This is where you need to go.

Scan down to the bottom of the page, past your address, email, etc. There will be radio buttons for receiving news and data via email from Guru. You need to make sure you click the one for "Project Match Messages." That's it! You should received notices in your email, but be aware that they are sometimes not super new. They can be up to 24 hours old at times. You will still be wise to log into Guru daily and look at the current projects.
