Payment fees?

I've looked and looked but so far have only learned that employers can send money for free but cannot find anywhere that discusses whether freelances have to pay per transaction?

Yes, there is a fee that the freelancer "eats" on each project.

If you receive partial payments, the percentage is taken out each time leaving you with the remaining balance to withdraw.
