Invoicing to several companies

Hi, I use my guru account to outsource work for 2 of my companies. Is it possible to select each time what billing details I want the invoice to be issued to? Or should I open a new Guru account for my second company? Thanks pablo

Hello, Pablo. If my understanding is correct, you are using one Employer account to outsource work for two different companies and you need the invoices issued to one of the two companies. Is that correct? Invoices are submitted to the name and address listed on the Modify Account page. Currently, you can only list one name, company name, address, etc. Therefore, we would not be able to accommodate your request...that's if my understanding is correct. You can ask the Freelancers to list the necessary information in the invoice description. Even if you provided a purchase order number to each Freelancer that helped you identify which company the invoice belonged, that may help. The alternative is to create a second account.Unfortunately, we designed our system to support one company per account. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
