I am unable to attach a file to a vendor. I get a message giving the types of files it will accept. all I have is a simple doucument.

I did this and received an error before I finally realized there's a 10MB limit. There's a feature in MS Office that allows you to save a document (at least in power point) where it reduces the size for email. For example, I was able to save a 44MB power point file down to less than a MB.
