Links don't work in my email from Guru
|
I have a question that I posted in Guru and have received emails with answers, but the links to reply to the answers don't work. Instead of taking me to Guru, I am routed to a page that let's me know the website couldn't be found. What's happening? Thanks!

No, the link above works. The link that doesn't work is the one below it that does not show in the email above that you most recently sent. It's underlined and is "View and respond to this answer now." That is the only link that appears in the emails from Guru and not the one above with your most recent question. Palma Lee

Yes, that's the link I'm referring to. I use that link to access each question/answer and post a response. Can you tell me what URL is displayed when you float your pointer over the "View and respond..." link? Hi, Stacy. When hovering over link, it says: http://answers/answers/1593/view.html

Yep, that link is broken. Is that same link used in every email that is sent to you?

Hi, Palma and thank you for the additional info. I received the same type of email when you posted your answer and did not have any trouble using the link. Is the link in your email something like http://www.guru.com/answers/answers/1526/view.html
