Hi Paul,

You can upgrade your membership by taking it on a month-to-month basis. This will give you control of when the payments will be taken out. You will receive some sort of a reminder of when your current month ends so you can decide if you want to pay for your membership or revert back to Basic. It's been a while since I've done that so I'm not sure when the reminders come out (i.e.: how much notice you get).
I am unsure about changing or removing credit card details because my payments have always been via Paypal. Minimum subscription period is one year, I believe. HTH :)

Hello, Paul.

1. If you upgrade your profile to a monthly membership, it will expire on August 4, 2012.

2. When upgrading, you will see that the auto-renew option is checked by default. You can uncheck it when upgrading or click the "Stop" option to opt out.

3. If you opt in to auto-renewal, you can't remove your credit card details. Also, credit card details are stored in our database as part of the transaction record. The information is stored securely. Please visit the Transaction and Privacy Protection section of our Help Center for more information.

4. Upgrading is optional. If you choose to upgrade, you can choose between a monthly or annual option.

5. Please feel free to read through the Membership Information section of our Help Center and the Terms of Service before upgrading. If you have any questions, please feel free to post them.
