Milestone Problems on my account

Hello I cannot set up milestones for my project. There is no add milestone tab to the right of that area in my account. Please advise. All is says is No milestones have been created for this project yet. To the right per your site instructions, there is only the words Team and Project Details. Very confusing and user unfriendly.
