Projects paid percent reports from employeers
|
Companies and empoyeers get a rating that shows as, "Projects paid", and a percent is shown as the report. This appears to be of the total number of jobs posted. This percentage should be from a pool of jobs actually "Awarded" and actually submitted a signed "Agreement". Since, it will favor Guru business, opposed to freelancers that do not want to use Guru, or that get "award" but fail to sign an agreement, or sign an agreement but fail to properly post the agreement to Guru. Good faith and intent employeers/companies cannot follow the Guru business path, since these would be freelancers never properly followed up. For the employeer to "accept" the agreement and move forward on the Guru site. The problem now shows a total number of Guru postings by employeer, but does not account for the Guru process. An employeer's percentage looks small, it should be the percentage of awarded, agreed and accepted "project paid percentage". Since it favors and honors the employeer and Guru both. If the "percentage paid" actually reflected honoring and favoring the Guru process.
