Is this guru Q & A forum proprietary?

This Q & A forum is great, it looks a lot like the StackExchange sites.

Is this custom http://Guru.com software or is this Q & A/forum software available to purchase?

I agree. I am a technical director and this is perfect for my business. Thank you kindly for the tip off. Jeff Atwood and Joel Spolsky are awesome (SE owners) and AnswerHub has filled a commercial niche spawned by the format goodness of the SE sites.

I would much rather see a nice vbulletin set up or something. This is difficult to get used to, even though the old forum wasn't entirely ideal either. Can't we have subforums or categories or something instead of the last ten posts taking up the whole page in a huge font?
