The SafePay process SafePay is a system that lets your guru know that there are funds available for payment without releasing it until you've received work. SafePay is built into the workroom for every guru you hire at no extra cost. Funds remain in SafePay indefinitely. Your guru starts and completes the work and sends you an invoice. If you approve their work, pay the invoice using the SafePay funds you added earlier. You and your guru leave feedback for each other.

Q1: How has SafePay changed? SafePay offers the same protection as before, but is now found in the work room of your job. You now have one SafePay per guru per job.

Q2: Where can I find SafePay? Click on the job title in the “Work Rooms” section of your dashboard. Click the SafePay icon underneath your guru’s screen name (3rd tab on the left). Hello Chunga -

Applying for a job costs 1 bid. As a basic member you are able to recieve 10 bids a month. If you would like to bid on more than ten jobs a month, you will either need to upgrade your membership (http://www.guru.com/help/freelancer-help-center/my-profiles/membership-information/) or purchase more bids. Sincerely, Taylor-Mary Guru.com Support Team
