Why isn't the description box highlighted in the work samples category?

I am trying to add work samples and it will not let me add a description (the description box is not highlighted, it has no cursor, and will not let me type). It says there are "0" characters left when nothing has been entered, therefore, will not allow me to add work samples....

Hello Joanne, Thanks for reaching out. The issue you're describing may be browser related. Can you let me know which browser you are using to navigate through the site? Please be sure to specify the version. Currently, we support IE8 and 9, as well as the most current versions of Firefox, Chrome and Safari. If you are experiencing quirky behavior in your preferred browser, you may want to try switching to a different browser to see if the problem persists across browsers. Please give this a try and let me know if the problem persists.
