Where are the files from my workrooms?

Good morning and thanks for reaching out. Are you looking for files that were uploaded under the old file sharing system? If so, these files can be accessed from the Overview tab of the project work room.

To locate these files, look for the desired project on your My Projects page. Then, click the title of the project to open the work room. After the work room is open, look for the 'View Older Files' on the right side of the page. Clicking this link will provide you with access to any files that were uploaded under the previous file sharing system.

Otherwise, if you are still having trouble locating files for a specific project, please provide the project ID number and I will be happy to assist you.
