Why am I not receiving payments?

My client submitted a payment and this was received. They say pending came up after.

Your question is a bit confusing, a little more info would be helpful.

I'm guessing an answer.... The client paid via Paypal however funded the payment with a checking account which puts a 5-6 hold on the payment transfer, so Guru will show its been made and pending. Now you have to wait for Paypal to clear the funds and then for Guru to acknowledge they have the money in their possession so they can release it to you.
