How do I provide comments about someone's work that they are supposed to be completing?

Back in February, I signed a contract agreeing to services from [name removed] The project was to process files from the FTP site and automatically update MySql database. Once the file was processed, it would be complied to a destination folder (processed folder), also an entry in the database for tracking and reporting purpose. He was to process files from ftp, configure website, google merchant center set up, and process EDI transactions. The contract was to be completed by 3/15/12. He was working on the site for quite some time. He came into some complications and the project completion time has expired. We were just about ready. I made a test order but never received my merchandise. He was supposed to find out the problem and get it corrected. My question is... is there anyway to contact him or to put this information in his profile. I really need to have my website completed or at the very least for him to contact me giving me some kind of status update.

Denise, My question with messages such as this is - Did you pay this freelancer (Did you release Safepay?) If you did I don't think Guru can get those funds back. If there's nothing funded, there's no reason to even file a dispute.

The only way you can contact this freelancer is the way you've contacted them before (through Guru's message board) If this freelancer is not responding to any messages or communication from you, there's nothing you can do.

You have 60 days from the date of completion or from when you released funds to leave feedback for this freelancer. As you know, more then 60 days have passed already.

At this point, if you can't establish contact with this person, you're only other recourse, is to hire another freelancer to complete (or fix) your website. Only pay the freelancer if they complete your job and you are satisfied with the results.

Please contact us directly with your account information. As Kathleen stated, if there are SafePay funds that have not yet been paid to the Freelancer, we can provide dispute resolution assistance. Otherwise, you'll have to follow up with the Freelancer directly.

You have the option of communicating with the Freelancer using Project Messages, Work Room Discussions or directly using the contact information from his profile.
