What's wrong with my withdrawal?
Hello. I've ordered a withdrawal to my Guru debit card 4th of August, it was supposed to be processed today (6th of august) but still nothing. Knowing that I really need this money, and followed your instructions (If you want the money to be transferred by Monday order before Sunday's midnight). no use.

Good afternoon, and thanks for your patience. Upon review, it appears that your payment was successfully sent to Payoneer on Monday, August 6th.
However, we are seeing that the transaction is currently at a 'pending card load' status. This appears to indicate that although Payoneer has your payment, they have not yet applied it to your card. In this instance, you will need to contact Payoneer directly (www.payoneer.com) to determine the cause of the delay.

Banks do not process weekend payments until Monday. So you should have it Tuesday or Wednesday the latest. If you're overseas, add another day or two for the transfer to complete.
