How do I add a work sample to my established basic guru profile

Good afternoon and thanks for reaching out. To add a Work Sample to your profile:

1. From the My Profiles page, locate the profile you would like to edit and click the “Work Samples” link.
2. Click the tab for the appropriate Work Sample type; audio, document, graphics, videos or animations, or websites.
3. Click the “Add” button.
4. Complete the form and click the “Add” button.

If you are following these steps, and are still encountering a problem or error, please let me know. With your reply, please include a step by step detail of the steps you are following to post your sample, as well as a detailed description of the result you are experiencing For example, are you receiving a specific error message, or does the upload function appear to stall?

Also be sure to provide the name of the web browser you are currently using (please specify the version) and whether or not you've attempted to perform this function in another browser. Currently, we support IE8 and 9, and the most current versions of Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
