Got paid, but can't get or leave feedback
I sent an invoice to the employer two days ago, and he paid me through PayPal, but on the Manage Invoices page it's showing "Payment Received: No", which means I can't get or leave feedback. I'm wondering if, since the employer was new to http://Guru.com, if he didn't inadvertently bypass the system and paid me direct from PayPal. I had to walk him through the whole process from proposal to invoice to payment, but I think he got the payment part mixed up. I think I should pay my 9% cut to Guru.

Good afternoon. Yes, it does appear that the Employer issued a direct payment to you for this invoice. This being the case, the invoice currently appears as unpaid in your account and the ability for either party to leave feedback has not been activated.
At your convenience, please contact us directly and we will be happy to guide you through the steps of remitting the transaction fees for this project. After this occurs, we will be able to mark the invoice as paid. The Employer will get credit for making the payment, and the payment will be reflected in your earnings history. Additionally, both parties will be able to leave feedback for the transaction.

I think you're right based on Guru reflecting its not paid. Jason and Stacy will be on here in the morning, I'm sure they'll address this and let you know what happened.
