There are so many freelancers; how to I find the responses to the ones I have talked to - guru is very confusing!

Good afternoon, I'm sorry to learn that you are experiencing confusion.

Employers can navigate to view Freelancers messages in a variety of ways. Probably the most common way would be to click the mail icon (envelope) that is located in the upper right portion of the page. This will take you to your message inbox where you'll see a comprehensive listing of all Freelancer communications.

If you are looking to identify messages relating to a specific project, you can see these listed on the Overview tab within your project's Work Room. You can locate the overview tab by selecting My Projects from the top of the page, and then clicking the title of the desired project. From this point, you will see that the Overview tab displays a timeline that details project activity, including messages from Freelancers. This may be the easiest way to locate a message from a specific Freelancer, as it relates to a specific project.

On August 26th, we will be introducing a change that may help to alleviate the confusion you are experiencing. On this date we'll introduce a Dashboard display in lieu of the current My Account page. The Dashboard will present a easy to follow, linear timeline of all recent project activity, including messages from Freelancers. Hopefully you'll find this change to be beneficial.
