What percentage of posted projects get all the way to completion and freelancer payment?

I see an awful lot of projects like "I need someone to write me a social networking site similar to Facebook" Budget: $250 - $500.

I am just curious to know how many projects posted on http://guru.com actually result in a freelancer earning money.
