Problem with vendor

We have a vendor that was pain in full -- they made promises regarding deliver and demanded prepayment before uploading a website. PMT was made and they have been promising and promising to make the edits they committed to months ago.

There is now damage. there is a huge papertrail of promises that were un-kept and I think they have now changed their name on your website...but kept their 5 star ratings and all of the 5 star reviews...very odd.

WE have been vendors for GURU a long time and never experienced anything like this.

Is there any recourse?
