Funds not transfered to bank account

I transfered funds to my bank account on August 15. When I checked, the estimated transfer date was yesterday. I checked today and it says the status is completed. It is after 5pm, and the money is not in my bank account.

Hi Danielle, I think you should probably contact help desk with the details of the transfer. They can verify that things processed correctly on their end. If your bank has an after hours help number or if you have telephone banking that might provide live customer support, you could also contact them. Their processing schedule might be different. It's a quirky thing, but my bank processes things at around 3am, so when I'm waiting, I have to add in an extra day just to be on the safe side. HTH :)

Hello Danielle, Good afternoon. Upon review, it appears that your Direct Deposit transfer was processed on Friday, August 17 2012. As Christine noted, Direct Deposit transfers are subject to the differing processing schedules of the banks involved in the transaction. This being the case, we typically advise Freelancers to allow two business days for the transfer to post to your account. If the deposit cannot be located within your bank account after two business days have elapsed, please contact us for direct assistance.
