automatic renewal

I had chosen to not have automatic renewal for my guru profiles at this time,and I was still sent a message about Guru attempting to charge my account through automatic renewal. I have gone back to the account settings several times to make sure that it doesn't automatically renew. How do I make the default setting to keep the basic membership and avoid automatic renewal for guru membership?

Hello, Veronica.

I took a look at your account and see that you have four upgraded profiles. You did not opt in to auto-renewal for your Graphic Design & Multimedia profile, but you did opt in for your other three profiles. That said, it looks like you've stopped the auto-renewal for all affected profiles. You should not receive additional emails or be automatically charged for the upgrades. Please let me know immediately if you do in fact receive the emails or are charged.
