I'm getting client complaints about the new interface
Employers can't find their way around the site since you made changes. I don't want this to cost you employers, yet I've heard a few employers grumble that they can't "see" everything they need to see on the Guru interface to accomplish their tasks. I've been around Guru for years, and I've adjusted to a lot of changes. So have my employers. This change has just been difficult, so I'm asking for your help. Maybe an email that guides employers around the new interface? I don't want to see them go somewhere else for their outsourcing needs. I know you don't either.
Something along the lines of an email might be helpful. A stepped up version of a how-to that includes walk-throughs that have screen captures or maybe even video tutorials.
Of course, if there are going to be updates and a series of tweaks going on to fix the issues we have raised, anything done now to help everyone get around will be out of date in no time. Nothing is every easy, is it?
