How can I upgrade a proposal from Standard to Premium after it is submitted?

Once you place your bid proposal you can't change it. You can't upgrade it to a premium bid, nor downgrade it to a regular bid.

There is no way to upgrade, once you have bid- that's my understanding anyway!
