How long for proposal to show?

Hey everyone, I submitted a proposal just no for the first time, and my proposal section says I haven't. The original post does not include my proposal, either. Does it take a certain amount of time for a proposal to go through? It's been about 10 minutes. Thank you

Hi Alex, It should appear fairly quickly. When you return to the project listing, do you have a tab for "My Proposal" at the top? If not, then your bid did not go in, and you may have to try again. Be sure that you have hit the confirm or submit button as the last step. HTH :)

Alex, when you first write your proposal and click the submit button on the bottom, you get a preview of what it will look like. At that point, you may think it was sumbitting, but you have to scroll down to the bottom and click on the submit button again. Only then will be submitted and listed almost instantly. I made that same mistake the first time I submitted a proposal too.
