How do I add an Employer profile to existing account?

I have a consulting account but when I want to add an employer account to it. If I select "Sign in as Employer", I get taken back to my consulting account. Can't see any place to add this profile type.

If you have a freelancer membership and now want to POST jobs you'll have to create (before you can sign in) an employers account/membership. You'll need to have a different email address then the one you used when you created your freelancer membership account.
