Insecure password warning in Firefox

I have a suspicious email asking to change my Guru password. Through Guru... when I went to enter my current password to change it, I got a Insecure password warning in Firefox saying that the page may be insecure. please advise.

Don't follow any links that are in that email. Instead, if you want to change your password, manually type in Guru's web page address in the address bar of your browser and log into the site. Then you can change your password if you choose.

Scammers can make fake web pages that look almost like the original. The above piece of advice goes to ANY email, that you receive to change passwords or update account information. NEVER clink of link in the email even it the email has the logo of the business. Instead, manually type the web address of the business and log in. That way you know you're actually in the secure business page.
