I have problem with a freelancer who work is unacceptable and he is unreponsive. I would like to move on and hire another freelancer to do the work. What is the procedure to correct my situation?
The procedure depends on whether payment has been made. If a SafePay request has not been paid, you can simply inform the Freelancer that you are moving on to a different Freelancer and award your project to someone else. If a SafePay request has been paid and we (Guru.com) still have control of the funds, contact us to get the dispute resolution process started.
