Extortiionist Practices

I find it to be a matter of extortion if once you have made final payment on a project on Guru, you are then informed that section "X" was not included in the quote, especially seeing that selection was already made and is now 10 weeks in past since starting...

With the definition of "quote", being as follows;

Giving the estimated cost for a product or service

I understand that there may be a change in cost, but a 1/3 cost after the fact when they have stated "It is finished", i. Blatantly greedy and extortion.

Especially with the deadline for completion according to the project document now exceeded with nothing to show for it!

I expect my project delivered to the cost quoted and to be immediate.
