Contractor bring new customers to Guru

Hi,

I have just joined what seems to be this great community. I'd like to bring my existing clients over and have them engage my services through Guru. Is there a professional way to do that here? Any adivce pertaining to newbies and introducing new customers would be great. Also, do you have some kind of affiliate program where if I bring my customers here, I get a fee?
