Profile Picture

For your profile, go to your Admin page. On the upper right is a link to My Profiles. Click on that link, which will take you your Profile edit page. On the top right are two links, one for Screen Identity. You can post your profile photo there. The second link is for Images and Video, for more photos and a video if you have one.

When you initially post the question, you can choose "Suggestions" from the drop-down menu. But since this whole area is new, I'm sure they are looking over all of the posts.

I am not seeing the My Profiles link. Is that still supposed to be there?

I am not seeing a profile for you at all. Is your account an employer account, rather than a freelancer one? One the upper left of your main account page, you should have the Freelancers tab in white, if you are indeed logged into a freelancer account.

If I have overlooked something and you are logged into the correct account, you should see a list of options across the top of the page, one of which is Proposals. Directly under that, about two inches down, you will have a link for "My Profiles." As Betsy said, clicking that will take you to your profile editing options.
