Our 1099 tax form service for employers is free. We collect your professional's W-9 form and issue a 1099 tax form to the professional and the IRS if you select "Yes" to our service. When paying a professional through either our SafePay Escrow or SafePay Invoicing service, we record if you opted in to our 1099 service. This service is only for employers within the U.S. who are hiring professionals within the U.S.
