	Award Work After reviewing all the quotes, select the contract worker of your choice by awarding your project. The pro will respond with an acceptance and a Project Agreement that details the parameters of the project, including deadlines, payment and the work to be completed. Once you have reviewed and accepted the Agreement, the pro will commence work on your project.
	Pay Your Freelancer Your satisfaction is guaranteed when you pay the professional through Guru.com's SafePay Escrow system.
