The objective was to web-enabled their entire Franchisee network and operations through a database driven robust website. As on July 2007, they have a strong network of around 36 36 Franchises. So, this demanded a equally strong database application for Franchisees & Administrators to work on. Admin can manage a detailed & lengthy Manual through this website easily which was much difficult earlier, in the absense of this system.
Admin here has the power to create new Users in the system like Franchisees, Franchisees staff, Customer support, Office Staff etc. And then he can even assign rights & privilages to each user in the system like viewing manuals, upload files, delete sections etc. This all is real-time and instant!
