Engagements may be per hour or fixed fee, by project.

All engagements are subject to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement and an Independant Contractor, Consulting Agreement and Scope of Services.

All ownership rights in the finished work product will be conveyed to the employer upon our receipt of full and final payment of all fees due and owing at the completion of the assignment.

Payment for services will be made through, and subject to, the terms and conditions of the Guru.com payment and/or escrow services as provided.

Fixed fee projects are firm and final upon mutual execution of the Consulting Agreement and Scope of Services. However, should the employer request changes to the agreed scope of services, all such work shall become an addition to the agreement and shall be billed and payable per the terms of the consulting agreement.

Fixed fee proposals shall be quoted upon completion of discussions with the employer and a mutually agreement scope of services prepared.

Payment Terms

30% due at execution of the consulting agreement
40% due upon submission of the first draft of the deliverables
30% due pon completion of the scope of services and final written
acceptance of the work product.

Prrojects based on hourly fees shall be invoiced and payable weekly. We will submit a detailed statement of work completed with each invoice. Show less
