I also serve as a business consultant, writing business plans (including financials) and advising companies on business development and operational strategies. I have negotiated and drafted agreements in a wide range of fields, including corporate documents, telecommunications, IT, international transactions, media, and entertainment, including the preparation of Private Placement Memorandums and accompanying documents. I also have extensive experience in the areas of trademark and copyright law. I have represented commercial clients in the United States District Court, before the United States Court of Appeals, and in petitioning the United States Congress for special legislation.

My legal background is combined with an in-depth knowledge of the day-to-day workings of the entertainment and media industries. I have represented a wide variety of media and entertainment companies as well as individual artists.
