Once a proposal is accepted, I will begin work within 48 hours. However, the reliability of the client to promptly respond to proofs is necessary for quick turnaround. All images and text supplied in mock-ups are royalty free. Rog Designs, LLC. has access to some of the best royalty-free stock photos on the market.
It is the client’s responsibility to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all respects, ranging from spelling to technical illustrations.
Every bid includes original art design, unlimited revisions, electronic PDF proofs, and final files sent both electronically and on a CD-RW disc. A customer’s own photos may be replaced with the use of stock photos at a charge of $12.00 per print. All Rog Designs, LLC. project files are stored on an external hard-drive and backed up on a DVD-RW disc. I guarantee completed projects to be kept on file for 12 months. Show less
