Work terms:Rifluxyss Support Guarantee: We offer a Three (3) months FREE Online Support to all the project we undertake. This support will include any and all bug rectification, training and minor modifications that needs to be accomplished on the delivered system.

 

Rifluxyss Communication Guarantee: We guarantee that every mail send to us will be replied within 48 hours maximum.  We also guarantee that every phone call will be returned within 24 hours on any normal working day. Every help-desk support issue will be attended within 24 hours from raising of the issue.



Rifluxyss Working Agreement: We will create a contract with all the agreed items as well as the project details and submit it for client acceptance. Once it is accepted, both the parties will sign it. 



Rifluxyss Payment Terms: We have a ZERO (0) Dollar Advance Scheme that provides a safe avenue for you to experience our service before paying. Every project will be split into mile-stones and the detailed proposal will have a mile-stone based estimate. Before commencement we require you to create an Guru Escrow of the first milestone estimate, and on delivery and acceptance of the milestone, you can release the Escrow.  Further payments can use the Guru SafePay service.
