Send me an e-mail describing your idea and goals, and don't forget to include technical information such as size and resolution. I work in stages (sketch, ink, color, render, final). At the end of each stage I will send a low-res attachment to you so you can determine any adjustments you'd like to make at that stage. After the final image is set, it's hard to go back and adjust anything else, so make sure your mind is made up and things are to your liking before I send the final copy in full resolution.
