Work terms:For projects valued above $1000 USD:

The business terms that Liz infotech follows stands with a project acceptance fees of 40% of the total project valuation (which is non refundable after design is confirmed) .

The rest 60% the project fees will be divided phase wise.
Every Fund released is non refundable in nature after the next milestone starts.

For projects valued above $500 USD and below $1000 USD:

The business terms that Liz infotech follows stands with a project acceptance fees of 50% of the total project valuation .
(non refundable after design is confirmed )

The rest of the project fees will be divided phase wise
(non refundable after site is made live )


For projects valued below $500 USD:

The business terms that Liz infotech follows stands with a funding of 100% of the total project valuation and release of 50% as the project acceptance fees.

Note;
1. Project Acceptance Fees are NON Refundable after Design confirmed.
2. Project final Payment is NON Refundable after Site is made live in the server

Maintenance:

The Developer charges $10/hour, in hour increments, for all maintenance tasks over 5 minutes. Prior to any non-gratis maintenance requests being performed the Developer will present the Client with an emailed estimate of the cost of the change and the expected completion date. Note that most maintenance issues take only minutes to change and the Developer strives to make all small changes within 2 business days and free of charge.
