Project Satisfaction

We
always aim to exceed the expectations of our clients and will go to any
extent to make that happen. The project is always a fifty-fifty
responsibility of Talonworks and the Client (as the Client has the final
word) to collaborate and communicate fully the current circumstances,
requirements, expectation and vision (if any). It is a mutually
dependent relationship for success as is the case with all.


Project Fee Conditions

:

1. Project Fee 1 (F1) - Upon Start of Project, 50% fee payment made.
2. Project Fee 2 (F2) - Upon Completion of Work, 50% fee released from Escrow.


Refund Policy:

With the aim of offering a superior service, we provde a very fair refund option to our clients even though it is a rare occurrence.

A. 50% Refund if only up to 50% of development/timeframe has occurred.

B. 25% Refund if more than 75% of development/timeframe has occurred.

*If your funds are in the escrow, they will be released according to this policy.


Refund policy is invalid when:

1.
Uncooperative, abusive, rude or uncommunicative client. Failure to
clearly communicate his/her vision (if any), requirements, expectations
and standards.

2 Demands are made on the pretext of expectations
in any form that are out of the ordinary unless discussed and agreed upon
beforehand.
