Software skills:Adobe Illustrator is my program of choice. Adobe Photoshop is close behind in second place. Microsoft Word is third in line. I have worked a little with Quark, InDesign and Corel Draw. But, if need be, I am a quick and easy learner when it comes to and getting around learning new programs.
Additional skills:My first bachelors degree I double majored in graphic design and painting. My second bachelors degree I majored in fine arts. I am interested in everything creative, painting, designing, illustration, ceramics, knitting, sewing, etc. All of these things I do pretty regularly, nearly every minute I am able to step away from being a devoted wife and mom.

Highlights:The majority of my experience is working at a sign company designing both indoor and outdoor signs, posters, banners, decals, business cards, logos, brochures and vehicle graphics. I handled numerous projects for special events. I designed poster boards (with attachment arrows and meeting names) to lead attendants through a convention hall or hotel directing them to their meetings and dinners held during the event. I converted logos into vector images so the logos could be printed with a clean crisp image at large or small scale. I am very good at making the most important information stand out, with size, color and style, and to be noticed by viewers (even on projects that are viewed while driving by at fast speeds).

I also have a good amount of experience in designing personal, non commercial projects such as wedding invitations, seating charts and place cards, baby announcements, party invitations, decorative wall lettering and so on.

I grew up in a small town which gave me great work ethics, good people skills, determination and care and love for every single project I work on. I strive for perfection on everything I create.
