| Work terms: | I am only available for off site work. My work hours are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 4pm to 8pm and Saturday (if necessary) 8am to 12noon. I will communicate during these time periods via email only. If your work requires phone communication, that will have to be scheduled via email. I do not negotiate the terms of a job (time frame, expectations of end product, payment, etc.) over the phone. If you are not satisfied with an end product, email it back to me with your concerns and I will do my best to address your concerns. I will not accept payment until you are satisfied. At this time, I only accept payment through the escrow service offered on this site. Any end product you receive from me is my work. I do not subcontract or have any assistance in producing work. I also do not recycle any previously created work. Anything I write for you will be original product specific to your needs. After a job is completed, I will leave you feedback and would appreciate if you would do the same. |
