Highlights:· Business and Legal: Conceived, wrote and won four (4) NIH Phase I and Phase II Small Business Innovative Research Grants for the development of eHealth games, in collaboration with PhDs from Stanford; UCSB; Univ. of Hawaii and others. Managed government and employment contracts, licensing agreements; trademarks; and IP. Also, wrote strategic marketing plans and managed accounts and branding.

· Marketing: Produced scientific writing and editing for marketing effort for MedicalWorks, a biomedical organization. I also developed medicalworks.com web-site, copy for marketing materials, product launch materials, tech specs, selling points, pricing, product catalogues, product news letters, product sheets, product brochures, reference guides and website articles.

· Management: Produced an on-line educational multiplayer game community, for youth smoking cessation, called Buddies OnLine; and a CD Rom game, called Mind & Mayhem, using Agile and Scrum methodologies. Also, managed Project Lifecycle, configuration management and defined business processes. Supervised 15 employees, including programmers; artists; marketing specialists; and PhDs consultants. Contributed to software statement of work; code construction; content management; quality control; software verification; and customer databases and policies.
