The Office Partner is a solely-owned, self-funded company offering top-notch, high-quality business assistance to a variety of clients from a remote location.
Most services are billed in 15-minute increments at an hourly rate agreed upon between the Client and THE OFFICE PARTNER. There is a one-hour minimum for services. A 50% deposit is required prior to start of any project. Project work will be released upon receipt of final payment.
Should you decide to use THE OFFICE PARTNER for your administrative needs on a regular basis, you can obtain a discounted rate by using a monthly retainer plan. Clients who take advantage of a monthly retainer plan have a secure place in my schedule.
Level 1: 5 hours at 5% discount
Level 2: 15 hours at 10% discount
Level 3: 30 hours at 15% discount
Payment for retainer packages is due in full prior to the start of work.
*Please note: Discounts apply ONLY to the base hourly rate. Project-related expenses (mileage, supplies, postage, etc.) are billed at actual cost.
THE OFFICE PARTNER accepts business, cashier’s, and personal checks, as well as major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) via PayPal.
